I'm currently accepting donations for shipping boxes. Boxes can be anything big enough to ship a stablemate up to traditional, and doesn't have to be new. I've had people send me Amazon boxes, Hello Fresh boxes and Stone boxes that had already been run through the mail but were still in good condition. Likewise, packing materials (packing peanuts, Amazon bubbles, brown paper that Breyer uses in their boxes, plastic bags, etc.) are accepted. Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: In stock purchases are credit card only. Breyerfest presales can either be paid with credit card or PayPal. My website only takes major credit cards so if you're having difficulty paying, please be aware that it's possible that it's a card my website doesn't take. In that case reach out to me and I can invoice you through PayPal.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Free shipping in my store was offered through April 2024 in honor of my 5th anniversary as a Breyer seller and still applies to stablemates/small items through the end of the year. Rates for classics and traditional will depend upon your location and weight of the package.
Q: Where do you ship?
A: I ship to the continental (lower 48) United States only. Sorry, but I do not ship overseas due to the higher risk of package loss.
Q: How do you ship?
A: If you're purchasing directly from me, I usually ship USPS (post office) unless you either live far away or order multiple items from me, then it will be more convenient to ship with UPS instead. Shipping times will usually be around the same arrival date regardless.
Q: How long does it take you to ship?
A: I always try to ship within 48 hours, taking holidays and weekends into consideration.
Q: What about returns and refunds?
A: All opened models (aka out of box) are sold as is. I try to be as upfront as I can about their condition, mentioning any major flaws that I note, but I also add pictures in case I miss something. In box models can only be returned if they were not removed from their original packaging, as they are sold box side unseen. Please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your package to let me know why you wish to return your model. Returns are only to be issued at my discretion and a refund will be given only if I grant the return to your original payment method once I have the model in hand. Club models shipped directly from Breyer are sold as is. If you aren't happy with the quality of the model, you must contact Breyer directly for an exchange or a replacement at their discretion.
